  • One x 60 minute individualised coaching session.

  • Personalised summary email including notes and action steps.

  • Follow up/ check in email two weeks after our session.

£75 one off payment.

Initial 3 Month Journey

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

  • In-depth consultation.

  • 6 x 50 minutes personalised coaching sessions to be used within 3 months.

  • Unlimited message support through WhatsApp or email (Mon-Fri).

  • Weekly check-ins/ follow ups in-between sessions via WhatsApp or email.

  • Personalised summary email after each session including notes and action steps.

    Pay in installments or save 10% if you pay in full.

    3 x £150 or 1 x £405

On-going Monthly Support

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

  • In- depth consultation.

  • The option for 2 x 50 minutes or 4 x half hour personalised coaching sessions per month.

  • Unlimited message support through WhatsApp or email (Mon-Friday).

  • Weekly check-in/ follow ups in-between sessions via WhatsApp or email.

  • Personalised summary email after each session including notes and action steps.

    £145 per month.

If the above does not meet your budget, I am happy to offer payment plans, sliding scale and pay what you can if needed.

There is no one size fits all with recovery and everyone’s needs will be different. With that in mind, sessions are tailored to you. I meet clients where they’re at the time we meet and work with what comes up in the moment..

During our time together you will get:

  • On going one to one support for as long as you need.

  • Live sessions via Zoom.

  • A detailed follow up email after each call including what we covered during that session, a personalised plan, actions steps, tools and more.
